Trying New Food Flavors With Your Baby or Toddler

One of the most important things parents can do for their children is expose them to new things. Helping your little one try new foods is one of the most fun ways to introduce them to something new.

While it’s always great to introduce the basics to your kids when they’re young—fresh veggies, fruits, whole grains, etc.—it’s also important to expand their pallets with fun new flavors and combinations.

One of our new favorite go-to snacks in our house for our one year old is HappyTots Yogurt from HappyFamily®. With fun and healthful flavor combinations like Apple Mango & Carrot and Strawberry Banana Oats & Chia, these yogurt cups and pouches are a great way to introduce something new to your baby or toddler’s growing taste buds.

Hands down, our favorite thing about HappyTots Yogurt is that it has no added sugar. Yep! That’s practically unheard of when it comes to yogurt for little ones that actually tastes good. But somehow, HappyFamily pulled it off.

The yogurt is also USDA Organic, Non-GMO, and mindfully made with tummy-friendly probiotics and whole milk yogurt with vitamin DMajor win for both parents and little ones!
