There’s nothing quite as glorious as visiting a really great pumpkin patch in the fall. We love it so much that every year on my October birthday, our family dresses in black and orange and goes to a pumpkin patch to play and take family pictures. It’s pretty much ones of my favorite traditions ever. 🙂
Since relocating to Atlanta, our go-to pumpkin patch has been Burt’s Farm in Dawsonville, Georgia.
We love visiting Burt’s Farm because:
- The drive is really pretty! Our route takes us right past a gorgeous field of sunflowers that I’m dying to explore one of these days, and other natural beauty.
- So. Many. Pumpkins. Seriously, rows and rows of pumpkins in different colors, shapes and sizes. The selection does not disappoint.
- The shop! There’s an adorable country store with beautiful fresh produce, homemade treats, and fall decor.
All of the pumpkins and southern mountain vibes make it a perfect backdrop for our annual family photo session.
